Something sweet- baked banana with vegan chocolate dip

Time for something sweet!

This recipe is just perfect for the barbeque season because baked banans just taste best when you grill them outside :)

Its sugar free, its dairy free and its just super yummy!

What you will need are as many bananas as you wish, a bunch of salty peanuts, some dark (vegan) chocolate, soy cream and a little bit of agave syrup.

And you will get this:

So first how to make the (vegan) chocolate dip:

Heat some dark chocolate in a pot until its all melted and add some soy-cream (I use around the double amount of soy cream compared to chocolate) then also add some agave syrup and some salted peanuts (which you can grind a little before putting them into the pot). When everything is mixed well, put it into a bowl or glas and put it into the fridge.

When the time is come, just put some bananas on your grill and grill them until they are black (yes, it looks weird but thats how its best- I promise!).

Open the bananas like on the picture and put chocolate dip and salted peanuts on top - ENJOY :)

As always, please let me know if you tried and how you liked i!
This is my favorite dessert this Summer and I have it almost too often, I think... ;)

Lots of love to all of you out there!
