In March and April a few new pieces entered my wardrobe...
... and as I shared in my last my purchases post I want to share my purchases on my blog, to be able to get a better overview of what I buy, what I really like and what I maybe should not have bought.
So here are my March and April purchases:
A floral sweater from C&A on sale - 4 Euro - I LOVE it! I wear it a looooot :) I posted one outfit with it and it may make it on my blog again...
Two shirts from the Lands End online shop - 20 Euro each - I also LOVE them I wear them a lot, also during pregnancy. Cant wait to see what they look like on me now that the belly is gone. I am sure they will make it in an outfit post very soon.
Two blouses on sale from the ONLY online shop: 15 Euro each - LOVE them! I was wearing the right one today (now it finally fits!) and I wore the left one a lot during pregnancy and will of course also wear it a lot now that the belly is gone.
A blazer and a blouse from sheinside (for free)- you can find the blazer here and the blouse here - I love both pieces! I was not yet able to wear them outside (today was the first day where I went outside the house!) but I will very soon and they will certainly be on my blog again very soon.
And then I also got a few accessoires... like these four scarfs, all on sale from C&A for 2,50 Euro each!
And these shoes for some 25 Euro - I was badly in need for a pair of black shoes! They are absolutely comfy and I wear them almost every day these days!
I also got a hand bag on sale from C&A for some 6 Euro which you can see in this post
Total: 115 Euro
I am quite happy with what I bought this month and last month - I did not spend too much money and I got only things I really really love! I actually ordered a lot more from ONLY and Lands End but I ended up sending almost everything back since I really want to learn to keep only the items I truely love. My husband had to help me a little but I managed in the end to send almost everything back ;)
Compared to my last "my purchases" post, I spent a little more in March in April but still, I think, not too much. Also, I love the things I bought in these two months much more than the ones I got in January and February (when looking back at them now...). I am really happy with my purchases and I hope the next two months will go at least as good as these two :)
How did you do this month with your shopping? Did you get a few new items for Spring into your wardrobe?

Spoiling myself with Love me Green (plus Baby Update)
These days, I feel like I need to spoil myself...
...after giving birth, I think its especially important to spoil yourself with good products for your skin and hair. The days after delivery, the body is working extremely hard to recover and I think also the skin and hair needs some extra attention in these stressful days, where the whole body is working hard.
I love to spoil myself with some really good organic products from Love me Green.
I love to use my face mask to relax when the baby is sleeping and I have some time for myself. I need these small moments to spoil my skin and to take care of myself a lot these days. Of course its wonderful to have the baby around all the time, but its also important to think of myself from time to time :)
I also really like my Love me Green hand cream which I use several times a day. Its so good to know that its 100% natural so that I can use it all the time and I do never have to be afraid that my baby gets in contact with some bad ingredients from my hands.
You may remember that I already wrote about this brand some two months ago in this post. I am recommending this brand again today, because I am really convinced by their products (after using them for more than two months now) and I would like to support this new (and still rather small) brand.
So,about the baby...
... I am really really grateful for all your thoughts and good wishes! I think its amazing how many people all around the world are sending good wishes to our little baby girl. She is a week old today and she is perfect! We are so grateful and happy about her! She is the most amazing gift we ever got and we are overwhelmed every day, again and again.
I am going to make maybe another few posts related to pregnancy and babies but I am going to keep her privacy and I will not publish any images of her on my blog. I hope you all understand!?
Have a most wonderful weekend everyone! And thank you again for your good wishes!

Floral Sweater
Now this is my last maternity look!
It has everything I love at the moment - light pink, floral prints and grey. The sweater is a new one which I actually bought for after pregnancy but then I could not wait wearing it and I was really happy to see that its fits on top of my belly :)
I hope you enjoy this last matenity look of mine. I will be back soon with new outfits... I guess from now on I will have to change my style in a way that makes it easy for me to breastfeed with whatever I am wearing. This is going to be a new challenge and I am looking forward to it. In case you have any tips or tricks or inspirations - please let me know!!!
I hope you are all doing good and I am sorry, I am not that active in the bloggersphere right now. I am sure you are all able to understand that I prepared some posts in advance to be able to spend quality time with my new born. As soon as we get a routine, I will be back for real :)
Until then, I hope you keep coming around my blog :)

Casual Bump Style
A casual Spring outfit...
So here I am wearing a H&M blouse on top of a simple white shirt, a H&M maternity jeans, some really old sneakers and my floral scarf from C&A. I like the lace details on the dark bloue blouse- it gives this casual outfit a little bit of an extra :)
As you can maybe tell from my last outfit post, the floral scarf became one of my new favorite items pretty quick. I bought it some two weeks ago and I am wearing it a lot since. I actually got a small bunch of new scarfs for Spring and Summer the other day, when there was a 50% off all reduced items at C&A. I made some pretty good deals and I will show you what I got (next to the one I wear here) in the coming weeks.
Actually, while you are looking at these pictures and reading these words, my belly is already gone!
I will tell you more soon... for now, this post was prepared in advance which means that I cannot tell you yet how I feel and how my baby is doing. But I will soon, I promise!

Favorite Vegan Lasagna
Today I want to share with you my favorite recipe for a vegan lasagna...
...there are millions of recipes for vegan lasagna out there but I like this one best - its without soy/tofu, its incredibly delicious and healthy.
Here is what you need:
The veggies:
1-2 zucchini
1-2 eggplants
Mushrooms (as many as you like)
Spinach (if you like - I sometimes add spinach and sometimes I just leave it)
The tomatoe sauce:
Some celery
Onion
Garlic
Tomatoe puree/tomatoe sauce
Salt and Pepper
Some italian herbs
The "bechamel" sauce:
Margarine or coconut fat
Flour
Milk of your choice (I usually use homemade cashew milk)
Nutmeg
Salt and pepper
For the "cheese":
Almonds (or almond butter)
Yeast flaked
Sweet pepper powder
Salt and pepper
Some water
And of course: Lasagna slices
How to do:
For the tomatoe sauce:
Cut the celery, onion and garlic into small pieces, fry in a pan or pot, add tomatoe purree or tomatoe sauce, herbs and salt and pepper. Easy :)
For the bechamel sauce:
Allow the margarine or coconut fat to melt in a pot, add some flour. Then add milk of your choice and wait until the sauce gets thick. If you need to, add more flour. Then add nutmeg, salt and pepper to your taste.
After having made the two sauces, cut the zucchini and eggplant into slices and fry them carefully from both sides in a pan (or grill them) so that they get soft.
Also cut the mushrooms into pieces and fry them.
Now you can start the layering - I always start with the lasagna slices, then I add tomatoe sauce and then I put the first layer of zucchini... then I put bechamel sauce on top, take some lasagna slices again and continue with the tomatoe sauce - veggies - bechamel- lasagna slices and so on...
You can add the mushrooms at the end or in between, you can also add spinach or other veggies if you like.
... finally, I make my "cheese". For the cheese I take almonds (without the skin) or almond butter and I mix them in my high speed blender with some water, yeast flakes, sweet pepper powder, salt and pepper until I get a smooth paste. I add the paste on top of the last layering (usually my mushrooms which I put on top).
I leave the lasagna in the oven at around 200°C for some 40 minutes.
Enjoy your vegan veggie lasagna :)
This is actually one of my favorite dishes on earth and I can really totally recommend it! In case you tried it, please let me know if you also liked it that much!
And I would love to know what your favorite recipe for lasagna is like! Which ingredients do you like best in your lasagna? Plain meat or tofu or veggies or...??? I would love to know :)

Pink belly
I dont know what this thing with pink is...
... but I just wear this color A LOT recently. So here is another pink belly look :)
By the way, there are two things I learned during pregnancy:
1. a simple dress is always a good option, as long as you can wear a nice blazer (or cardigan) on top
2. blouses are made to be worn unbuttoned during pregnancy :)
So here I am wearing a blouse from sheinside which you can find here, on top of a simple pink H&M top, together with my floral scarf from C&A and my H&M maternity jeans.
I actually never thought of wearing my blouses unbuttoned before I got pregnant but I find it great since my belly got that big that I could not wear my blouses buttoned up. I am a huge fan of blouses and I wear them almost every day so I was really happy when I realized that they actually look really good on top of a tee or top. And I loved to wear all my favorite blouses during the entire pregnancy :)
I am somehow really happy that I learned a new way of styling and combining my blouses because of my big belly. Pregnancy really made me learn a lot - even things I will take advantage of when the belly is gone :)
How do you like this look?
I hope you are having a wonderful week so far... the weekend is close. For me its going to be a really special weekend. I will tell you soon why and what I did :)
Sending you all lots of love!

My Top Ten Remix Items
Today I want to show you my top ten remix items...
...I actually saw this (once again) on Kate`s blog and first I thought I will never be able to choose ten items - well then I challenged myself and I found ten favorites :)
A few of these could be exchanged by similar ones - like the floral blouse or the blue patterned blouse. I am actually highly in love with most of my clothes and I could easily have chosen 20 or even 30 favorite items. I did between others not include any of my dresses in this list and I have a handful of other favorite blouses and skirts and cardigans and jeans and and and which did not make it on the list. It was intersting though to think about the differnet items and to choose the top ten.
So what do we have here?
1. My Levis Jeans - love love love them and cant wait to wear them again when my belly is gone :)
(worn here and here and here and in many other outfits :))
2. My light pink scarf - I really wear it almost every day, no matter if Winter or Summer.
(worn here and here and here and in soooo many other outfits)
3. My Bottega cardigan - I love the neutral color of it and I wear it with all different kinds of outfits.
(worn here, here and here and in soooo many other looks)
4. A simple blue cashmere dress - I love simple knit dresses since they are so easy to be combined with all different kind of accessoires. This dark blue one from Hess Natur is my favorite and I wear it a looooot.
(Worn here and in my last post :))
5. A simple white oversized tshirt - one of my absolut essentials, especially in Summer!
(Worn for example here)
6. My patterned skirt - I have a few different skirts in the same style and I dont really know if this one really is my favorite one, but I guess its the one, I have been weearing the most so far. But I love all kind of short skirts with a nice pattern on!
(I realized I have never worn this one on my blog but I have worn other patterend skirts here or here)
7. My light blue striped blazer - I have a lot of blazers and I love most of them endlessly but I think this one is still my favorite.
(Worn here and my other striped blazer here)
8. A dark blue patterned blouse - I like dark blue since its so easy to be combined with other colors so I have few dark blue pieces and since I love to wear pretty blouses this one is one I choose quite often.
(I have actually never worn this one on my blog even though I wear it sooo often. But in this post I am wearing a similar one)
9. Floral blouses - again, I have a few but I think this one is my favorite. I love floral prints and I think they are perfect to be combined with some simple jeans.
(Worn for example here)
10. My light pink oversized blazer- this one is definetly the item I wear most of all (next to the light pink scarf). I LOVE it and it goes well with almost all my outfits :)
(Worn here and here and in a lot of other outfits)
As you can see my favorite colors are blue and light pink... and I love pretty patterns, especially floral prints. Also, I love classical pieces such as blouses and blazers. Nothing too fancy, nothing too boring, nothing too chic but nothing too casual either - I guess thats somehow how I can describe my style :D
Have you ever thought about your ten favorite pieces? Or did you maybe even make a post about them? I would LOVE to see them, so please share the link or let me know what your favorite pieces are!

Floral Blazer
I love floral prints!
And I am wearing them a lot recently... since its gettings more and more difficult to dress up, I like to wear my floral blazer on top of a simple knit dress to keep the comfort on a maximum level and still enjoy some floral prints :)
So here I am wearing my Hess Natur cashmere dress (such a great piece for pregnancy! I already loved it before but I do even more now that it accompanied me during the entire pregnancy) and a floral blazer from PROMOD which I got on sale some time in January. I am pretty much in love with it and I think I will wear it a lot this year. So be ready for more outfits including this blazer ;)
Maybe you can tell fromt the small houses in the background that we took these pictures in Naumburg where we spent our Easter weekend (I posted something about it here)
That day I have been tired since we walked a lot and I think you can tell from my face that I am not really full of energy.
I hope you all had a wonderful weekend! I had a most wonderful one - my eldest brother and my mother came to visit and we had a great time together. I do not see my family members that often so its always something special. My brother lives in Ireland and my mother in another part of Germany, so we usually see each other only 3-4 times a year. The weather was also perfect this weekend so we enjoyed the sunshine, went out for dinner and had lots of tea and coffee in nice little coffeeshops :)

Vegan Nougat Cupcakes
Today I want to share my favorite cupcakes recipe with you...
... I made these vegan nougat cupcakes two weeks ago and they were soooo good - I am actually thinking about them almost every day since ;)
These cupcakes are sweet, yummy and just sooo good - they have a piece of nugat in the middle as a small surprise and the topping is incredibly delicious :)
They are actually pretty easy to make - even though I always find it hard to put the topping on top in a good-looking way (as you can see) but hey, its about the taste, right ;)?
What you need:
For the topping:
400ml soymilk
40g starch
A little bit of vanilla
1/2 a teaspoon of carob gum
100g nougat
100g margarine
100 g icing sugar
A little bit of cocoa powder
For the dough:
250g flour
200g sugar
2 teaspoon natron
Dash of salt
60g cocoa powder
100ml oil
100ml soymilk
150g soy yoghurt
2 teaspoon white vinegar
How to do:
First the topping: First you will have to make a pudding by blending a small part of the soymilk with the starch, the vanilla and the carob gum. Heat the rest of the soymilk and add in the starch-mix. Bring to boil and then take from the hotplate and add the nugat to the pudding. Finally mix the margarin with the icing sugar and add slowly the pudding to the margarine-sugar mix, blend well and leave in the fridge for at least one hour.
For the dough: Just blend together all the ingredients one after the other and blend until you have a nice smooth dough. Then take your baking cups or your muffin baking form and fill the cups or forms HALF, then add a piece of nougat and fill up the cups or muffins. Like that you will have a sweet smooth nougat surprise in the middle of the cake :)
Bake the cakes at 190°C for some 18 minutes. Then let cool down before adding the topping.
This recipe is from the German cook book La Veganista Backt

Grey and light pink
Grey with light pink is one of my favorite color combinations...
... I liked this combination for cozy Winter outfits and I still like it now that Spring is (veeeery slowly) coming. So here is an outfit in my favorite color combination :)
I am wearing a simple grey, woolen dress from Zara in here, its actually around six years old and I still wear it on a quite regular basis. It definetly was a good choice at the time :) I am also wearing my light pink H&M cardigan and my thrifted striped blazer which is also from Zara. Then I am wearing my comfy old sneakers from a market in Paris and my new handbag from C&A which I found on sale the other day for only 6 euro. I was super exited about this and I wore it every day since ;)
I do no longer wear my maternity jeans that much since my belly is just getting too big for them. So I switched over to maternity leggings and I am mainly wearing simple dresses (like this one here) on top of them. I still love being pregnant but slowly I am also really looking forward to wear ALL my clothes again, to feel comfy in jeans again, to wear skirts and all the shirts I want :)
I hope you are having a wonderful week so far!?
Sending you all much love and sunshine!

I am wearing a simple grey, woolen dress from Zara in here, its actually around six years old and I still wear it on a quite regular basis. It definetly was a good choice at the time :) I am also wearing my light pink H&M cardigan and my thrifted striped blazer which is also from Zara.
