Gift wrapping ideas for Christmas

Today I want to share with you some gift wrapping ideas...

it's two weeks to Christmas so I thought its time to share some ideas on how to wrap this years Christmas gifts :)

What I love to do when wrapping gifts, is to choose a really basic paper. I love for example simple brown paper. I then like to decorote the simple paper with pretty ribbon, stamps, tape in various colors and with nice prints, stickers or small felt items.

These are some of the things I use this year... some golden stars, some felt in the shape of a Christmas tree (you can make it yourself or buy it), Christmas themed ribbon, and tape with a Christmas theme. I also used my little Christmas stamp box which I really love :)

Did you start wrapping gifts yet? The ones you can see here are actually not for Christmas but for my husbands advents calender. Like every year he got 24 small packages on Dec 1 and he can open one each day 'til Christmas. Of course I've got an advents calender too - and it's awesome!

I think I will wrap up my gifts for Christmas this weekend since I will take the train to my hometown by Thursday next week, so everything needs to be ready by then. I am really exited about my Christmas holiday and about celebrating Christmas one last time without having a child! Are you in the Christmas mood yet? I hope so ;)

Have a wonderful day everyone! And thank you a lot for your comments on my last post! You always make me happy :)!!!
Sending you all lots of love!

  11. I love the look of the brown paper! Somehow it looks a lot more classic than shiny, sparkly paper. Plus, you can decorate the packages anyway you like- I love the look of the stamps and stickers! I have some brown paper I use for gifts throughout the year, very easy to dress it up for the occasion. Since I am spending Christmas out of town this year, I only have room for small gifts that I've simply wrapped, but I'll have to keep this in mind!
