The Breakfast Post (Part II)

Its been a long time ago that I made a Breakfast Post...

... now I want to bring this small series back to live with ideas and inspirations for your (vegan) healthy breakfast :)

Here we go with pancakes made out of spelt and buckwhat flour, chia seeds, one banana, backing powder and some water - a healthy alternative to the usual wheat pancakes and perfect for a long breakfast on a weekend morning. I love to have my pancakes with maple syrup, homemade cashew-dates-spread, cashew butter or peanut butter and agave syrup... and of course lots of fruits :)

A huge fruit salad with strawberries, dried figues, mangoe, pineapple, banana, peaches, coconut and a little bit of maple syrup and soy milk - yummy!
The really is the most healthy start in the day, I can possibly imagine and yet its sooooo good! Just make sure that you each a huge bowl so that you get enough calories and energy for the first half of the day :)

Quinoa with homemade almond milk, maple syrup and strawberries - the perfect breakfast if you are low in iron since the quinoa has lot of iron which your body can absorb perfectly in the combination with the strawberries which are high in vitamin C.

I hope you liked my ideas! By the way, something seems to be wrong with my GFC follower add on. Am I the only one who is experienceing these problems or do you have them too? I cannot see the GFC add on on my blog even though it seems still to be installed!?

Anyway, have a perfect week everyone!

Sending you lots of love!
