Striped Blazer

I found this striped blazer on a flea market this Summer...

I wish all of you a wonderful weekend!
I will go a small honeymoon with J. It's our four- year anniversairy and we always go for small three-days trips for our anniversairies. Last year we went to the Alpes (Remember?) and J. organized the trip. This year it's my turn to organize and he doesn't know where we are going... you will get to know next week :)

I present... details from my flat :)

Now, since I talked forever about the fact that J. moved in and that we've been changing around things in the flat and everything... I think I finally  have to show you some pictures!

I am really happy about my muesli- bar (as we call it ;))

This pillow is made by hand by J. I got the fabric in Ghana and we also made curtains out of it. The Carlsberg Box is a really old one which J.'s parents got during the 70s when a Carlsberg factory somewhere in northern Germany was closing :)

Those are just a few details from the kitchen, the living room and the bedroom.

I am so happy about the fabric that I found for our chairs (the one you can see on this pictures there <---)

Hope you enjoyed those first impressions. Let me know what you think :)

Mosel #2

My trip to the Mosel region was really beautiful, so I will post some more pictures from this small holiday :)

One day we went for a walk to the neigboor village which is located at the river Drohn. On our way back we walked again through the vineyards and I had way too many grapes...

Mosel #1

Hello and happy Monday!

Sorry you haven't heard from in in while- I went to the Mosel region (a region next to Luxembourg) and enjoyed some beautiful landscape, lots of grapes and lots of Germany's best wine :)

The week was beautiful! We went hiking in the mountains, we went to the city of Trier and we visited the local wine fest. The village we stayed in (Neumagen) is the oldest wine producing village in Germany. Already the Romans made wine in that region!
And I can understand why- the wine from the region is amazing!

I hope you had a great week and I can't wait to look through your blogs now :)

Fall is coming...

I guess this is my first fall outfit...

I hope you all had a wonderful weekend so far!? I've been busy doing stuff in the flat, going to IKEA and preparing my next little vacation - next week I will go to southern Germany for a few days :)

Enjoy your Sunday afternoon!

Lavera Naturkosmetik - a company and product Review

I've been thinking about doing Reviews for some time...

... but I was'nt sure if I should do it or not, because I wanted to make sure that I only review products of companies which I love 100% and which are 100% organic and fair.

Now I decided to make my first Review about the German company Lavera which I actually know since I'm a little child! The company is having its 25th anniversairy this year and my mother used to buy their products since the company exists.

This is also why I know most of the products that I got in my Review package from Lavera which arrived today...

I've been really happy for the package because it included some of my FAVORITE Lavera products and a fullsize eye shadow and lipgloss...
My favorite Lavera product is the facemask out of wild roses, avocado and macadamia. You already know that I make a lot of face masks myself, because I think it's so important to use natural ingredients for your skin. The face mask by Lavera is one of the only ones I actually buy from time to time instead of making DIYs :)

Next to the face mask and the lipgloss & eye shadow, there were lots of samples of different face creams and balms: The Beauty balm (I can't wait to try this one!), the wild roses and macadamia cream, the aloe vera and seabuckthorn fluid and a vitamin E soft cream. I know and love the wild roses cream and the vitamin E soft cream. I can't wait to try the others!
There was also a sample of after sun lotion but I am not sure if I will be able to try it this season, as it seems as if fall is arriving pretty fast...
Next to all of this, there were shampoo samples in the package, and guess what? I have the shampoo that I got as a sample in real size in my bathroom, because I love it! It smells really good (apple) and gives my thin hair lots of energy!

For me it's so important to use products for my skin and hair which are 100% organic, 100% without animal experiments, 100% made in Germany (because of the ecological foodprint), and 100% free of parabenes, mineral oil etc.

Lavera guarantees for all of this! This is why I use their products for so long and this is why I chose to make my first Review on this company.

I can recommend this company and their products without any doubt and you can actually buy their products world wide. So if you ever come across some of them don't hesitate to try :-)
